Jalen Blackmon transferring: 5 landing spots for star scorer
Indiana
The Hoosiers are a family program for Blackmon as well as his home state team. If there is a place Blackmon wants to play, Indiana is likely it. The Hoosiers could use some guard help with CJ Gunn entering the portal, Xavier Johnson exhausting eligibility and the lack of success from young guard Gabe Cupps. Indiana also finished near the bottom of the NCAA in both 3-point percentage (No. 265) and 3-point attempts (No. 344) so they could use a shooting weapon.
By adding Blackmon, the Hoosiers would add an experienced, homegrown guard while also making them more dangerous from beyond the arc. Blackmon would also get the opportunity to play for his home state program where his brothers once found success. If offered by Indiana, expect Blackmon to take a long, hard look at the program.
