Top 10 Wisconsin HS baseball players in Class of 2024
4. Noah Wech, RHP, Manitowoc Lincoln
Wech was an all-state honorable mention pitcher last season for Manitowoc Lincoln and continues to prove he has one of the best arms in the state. Last season, Wech went 6-3 with a 1.17 ERA for the Ships while setting a program record with 104 strikeouts. That followed a sophomore season where Wech was named co-conference player of the year as he posted a 2.20 ERA while hitting .434 with 36 hits and 32 RBIs at the plate. The 6-foot, 190-pound senior played well during the summer with GRB Rays Baseball and the Cincinnati Reds Scout Team, featuring a solid fastball between the upper 80s and low 90s in addition to a solid slider and changeup. Following a 25-5 campaign in 2023, Wech鈥檚 arm should lead the Ships to another good season before he begins playing at Oklahoma State.
