Jordan Sears transferring: 5 possible landing spots
Florida State
The Seminoles finished eighth in the ACC and their leading scorer at the guard position, Darin Green Jr., wrapped up his fifth season and won’t return. Guards Primo Spears, Jalen Warley and Chandler Jackson could return but their combined scoring average this season didn’t add up to Sears’ average on his own. Florida State was second-to-last in the ACC in 3-point percentage so adding shooting is a must this offseason. Sears grew up in Florida and could return to his home state while adding a scoring punch to a veteran-laden team.Â
Junior Jordan Sears of University of Tennessee-Martin is on the rise📈:
The 5-11 G went for 37 pts (7-11 3FG, 11-18 FG), 9 rebs, and 9 asts in a 106-82 win over Lindenwood. Sears is having a great season averaging 20.5 pts, 4.6 rebs, and 4.4 asts while shooting 46.3% from 3.
