7. Will Dart, SS, Spanish Fork
Now looked at as the top shortstop recruit in the state’s class, Dart put up a .271 batting average in 82 plate appearances as a junior at Spanish Fork High School. He added six RBIs and seven extra-base hits.
As a hurler, Dart had a 6.30 ERA and a 1-1 record in seven appearances for the Dons.
Dart, who carries a 6-foot-1, 180-pound frame, verbally committed to continue his baseball career at Utah Tech last September, then signed with the Western Athletic Conference program a few months later.
