8. Tristan Hunter, RHP, Forsyth
Hunter has been dominant any time he has taken the field over the last year or so and has the potential to have a big senior campaign at Forsyth. Last season, the 6-foot-2, 180-pound right-handed pitcher went 7-2 with a solid 1.26 ERA and 112 strikeouts. Hunter also put together a strong year at the plate for the Panthers as he hit .363 with two home runs, 27 RBIs and seven stolen bases. His hot play continued throughout the summer with the Adidas A鈥檚 as Hunter again showcased a low-90s fastball in addition to his solid off-speed pitches. The Forsyth senior has immense upside and plans to play college baseball in the SEC at Kentucky following his prep career after committing to the Wildcats this past summer.
