4. Smith Bailey, RHP, Mountain Ridge
Standing at 6-6, 200-pounds, Bailey is a hard-throwing right-handed pitcher with a mid-90s fastball and fluid mechanics. In 64.2 innings pitched last season with the Mountain Lions, Bailey finished with a 1.41 ERA with 72 strikeouts to seven walks. He was named to the Top Prospect Team at the 2023 National Showcase and is considered the top right-handed pitching prospect in the state. Alongside Jackson Forbes, Bailey will try and help Mountain Ridge win a state championship before continuing his career at Arizona.
