4. Schuyler Sandford, P, St. Johns Country Day
While there is a crop of talented pitchers in Florida, Sandford stands above the rest. The 6-foot-6, 210-pound right-hander went 2-4 with a 2.06 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 67 strikeouts across 37.1 innings pitched in nine appearances for the Bartram Trail Bears before transferring to St. Johns Country Day for this season.
For his efforts, Sandford was named an All-American by both Baseball Factory and Perfect Game. He is ranked as the sixth-best player in the state by Perfect Game and fifth by PBR. Sandford signed with the Florida Gators on
