7. Isaiah Gutierrez, C, Cathedral
As the highest-touted backstop in the state, Gutierrez was included as a West Region honorable mention on the 2023 Perfect Game Preseason Underclass All-American team.
Gutierrez, who attends Cathedral High School, also works on the mound as the other half of the battery sometimes, showing versatility that will help him find a home at the next level. Currently uncommitted, he has a fastball that was clocked at 87 miles per hour last July.
