5. Judah Mintz, G, Syracuse
Mintz was the runner-up to Kyle Filipowski in the race for ACC Rookie of the Year last season. This season, the 6-4 sophomore has increased his output, averaging 18.5 points and 4.6 assists in 33 minutes. Mintz has scored 10 or more points in all but two games for the Orange with nine games of five or more assists. This will likely be his last season at Syracuse as he鈥檚 a projected NBA draft pick but the Orange still have time to make up ground in the crowded standings and make a push in the ACC Tournament if Mintz can keep it up.
