Ranking the best Big Ten basketball players at midway point
9. Keisei Tominaga, G, Nebraska
Following a breakout junior season, Tominaga has remained one of the Big Ten鈥檚 most lethal scorers in 2023-24 for a surging Nebraska squad that looks poised to make the NCAA Tournament for the first time in a decade. Tominaga averages 13.6 points with his greatest asset being his unlimited range as he shoots at a 37.2% clip from beyond the arc. He has also found other ways to score this year and gets to the free-throw line 2.5 times per game where he shoots 87.2%. Although known as a scorer, Tominaga can impact the game in other facets as well, especially on defense where he gets over a steal per contest. The 6-foot-2 sharpshooter has put up multiple 20-point performances this season and is someone who can single-handedly swing a game or two late in the year.
