10. Kanye Clary, G, Penn State
The Big Ten is led by its terrific guard play and perhaps one of the biggest surprises among that group this season has been the play of Clary alongside veteran guard Ace Baldwin Jr. New Penn State head coach Mike Rhoades has relied heavily on the 5-foot-11 sophomore and Clary has delivered, averaging 18.4 points 鈥� a top-five mark in the conference 鈥� 3.2 rebounds, 2.8 assists and one steal. Clary puts up over 14 shots per game and shoots the ball at 46%. He鈥檚 also been strong from 3-point range, shooting 37.8%, and shoots it at 82% from the charity stripe. Clary had a month-and-a-half stretch this season where he scored 16 points or more in every game, and has put up 20 or more points in 10 contests. He can light up the scoreboard at any time for the improving Nittany Lions.
