9. Willie Fritz, Houston
Fritz has earned his due and he will finally be receiving a Power Four head coaching opportunity with the Cougars. The 63-year-old has been at Tulane since 2016 and turned the Green Wave into one of the top Group of 5 programs in the country. They won the 2023 Cotton Bowl and followed that up with an 11-3 record this past fall. Fritz is one of the more interesting hires of this cycle.
