Jonah Coleman enters transfer portal; 5 landing spots for RB
2. USC
Coleman grew up well north of Los Angeles in Stockton, but returning to play in his home state could be something he entertains as he enters the transfer portal. While there could be a few programs he could join if he chooses that route, USC might be one of the most logical landing spots. In 2023, the Trojans were led by dynamic back MarShawn Lloyd and senior Austin Jones, but both are now headed off to the NFL. Lincoln Riley also lost a few other backs to the transfer portal but did make a big addition to the Trojans’ running back room recently with Jo’Quavious Marks who transferred in from Mississippi State. Still, USC will need more playmakers in what will be a new-look offense without Caleb Williams, and Coleman could make a big impact at USC for years to come alongside Marks.
