9. Yves Missi, C, Baylor
Missi has emerged as one of the best big men in the country after a couple of impressive performances against Duke and Oklahoma State. The 7-foot center put up a combined 29 points and 20 boards in those two games, pushing him into the conversation for Big-12 Freshman of the Year. It鈥檚 unlikely he will win the award if his teammate Ja鈥橩obe Walter continues to have a terrific season. Still, Missi鈥檚 1.8 blocks and one steal per game could help garner some attention when it鈥檚 time for voters to cast their ballots.聽
