Brayden Schager transferring; 5 potential landing spots聽
2. Arkansas
While this would be a big jump in competition for Schager, the fit makes sense. Following the loss of starter KJ Jefferson, the Razorbacks will need a new quarterback as backup Jacolby Criswell has only attempted 58 passes in his career.
Schager would fit the team鈥檚 spread offensive style while also giving himself a chance to play closer to home. Add the fact that Arkansas safety Hudson Clark comes from the same high school and Schager could see Fayetteville as a home away from home. Though Schager would face a difficult battle in the SEC, it could also help him boost his draft stock in future years if he plays well enough which could appeal to the quarterback.
