Jordan McCloud transferring; 5 landing spots for Sun Belt POTY

McCloud is a Tampa native who began his college career in his hometown at South Florida. A return to his home state could be in the cards as he concludes his collegiate career. Miami will be looking for a new quarterback this offseason after Tyler Van Dyke entered the transfer portal, leaving sophomore Jacurri Brown as the only quarterback on the Hurricanes鈥� roster currently. McCloud is well suited for head coach Mario Cristobal鈥檚 system and Oregon is one of the schools that had interest in him coming out of high school while Cristobal was there. That may make McCloud a top target to help continue Miami鈥檚 turnaround under its second-year head coach.
