9. Joshua Heard, G, Cookeville
Heard has great size at 6-foot-6, 185 pounds and he has used that frame to develop into one of the state鈥檚 best talents. He was a regular right away for Cookeville as a freshman and averaged 10.8 points. This past season he scored 17.8 points per game as a junior. He will be attending Lincoln Memorial University next year.
