10. Taj Kimber, G, Fulton
Twin brothers Taj and Denaj Kimber are stars at the Knoxville-based high school and should be in store for a big, final season at Fulton. Taj checks in at No. 10, but Denaj could have easily made the list as well. The Falcons won a state title last season, and they very well could repeat with the Kimber twins leading the charge.
