2. Philadelphia 76ers
Moving on from James Harden seemed like a necessary evil for the 76ers who were still in need of his skillset but couldn鈥檛 continue to have the distraction of his preference to move on hanging over them. While the return brought back some solid wing players, the trade left out a large hole in the team鈥檚 playmaking ability, as Maxey was thrust into the starting point guard spot without someone to take over his role. With Maxey running things, LaVine would add an additional playmaker on offense that could impact things far more than the other pieces the team currently has.
