8. Braden Hausen, F, Amarillo
The younger brother of Villanova sophomore guard , Braden has been a standout in his own right for the Sandies. As a junior last year, the 6-foot-7 power forward averaged 14 points, five rebounds and four assists while leading Amarillo to a 33-5 record and an appearance in the 5A regional semifinals, earning a spot on the second-team boys basketball Super Team.
Though not as highly rated as his brother, Braden is a unanimous three-star recruit and ranked as high as the No. 11 player in Texas by . He holds 10 D-I offers including from Colorado State, North Texas, Tulsa and Wyoming, but ultimately committed to High Point on Oct. 8.
