9. Damien Martinez, Oregon State
The Pac-12 is chock full of talented running backs, and Martinez has emerged as one of the best in what has been a deep and competitive conference early on in 2023. Although he has only two scores on the year, the 6-foot sophomore has racked up nearly 500 yards on the ground, opening the season with three consecutive 100-yard rushing efforts. Both his total rushing yards and 6.8 yards-per-carry average rank No. 14 in the country, while his 99.4 rushing yards per game is also a top-20 mark in the nation. Martinez has been a big reason for the Beavers鈥� surprising 4-1 start, and he will certainly play a factor towards Oregon State competing for a Pac-12 title down the stretch.
