8. Isaiah West, Jr., St. Joseph鈥檚 Prep
West has quickly become one of the top, up-and-coming prospects in Pennsylvania鈥檚 junior class, and holds numerous Power 5 offers heading into his junior season at St. Joseph鈥檚 Prep. Despite dealing with an injury last season, West helped lead St. Joseph鈥檚 Prep to a PIAA 6A state title, flashing speed and elusiveness throughout the fall. That has only continued through the offseason, as West earned running back MVP honors at the Under Armour Next Camp in Baltimore. The 6-foot, 210-pound halfback is poised to make his offseason work pay off as he looks to lead the Hawks to another state title this fall.
