9. Ohifame Ijeboi, Sr., William Penn Charter

Also playing basketball and competing in track at William Penn Charter, Ijeboi is a dynamic athlete who continues to showcase plenty of upside on the gridiron. Despite dealing with an injury last year, Ijeboi again flashed his elite speed while rushing for numerous long scores – three of which went for 90 yards or more. Ijeboi, who runs a 4.51 40-yard dash, also averaged a solid 7.7 yards per carry in 2022 for the 5-5 Quakers. The 6-foot, 190-pound back will look to help William Penn Charter improve on that mark in 2023 before heading off to play college football in the Big Ten at Minnesota.
