9. Caleb Dozier, Sr., Headland
Dozier is heading into his senior year after being one of the top pass-catching tight ends in the state a year ago. Last fall, Dozier recorded 54 catches for 1,009 yards and 11 touchdowns as he helped his Rams to a 6-5 record and an appearance in the Class 5A playoffs. Dozier was named second-team all-state for his efforts.聽
With his all-state performance, the 6-foot-3, 225-pound two-way star earned plenty of love from scouts as he is ranked as a consensus three-star recruit and as high as the No. 30 player in the state by . Dozier held eight offers from the likes of Houston, Troy, UAB and UCF but ultimately chose to commit to the SEC鈥檚 Mississippi State.
