While this list is rich with offensive players, Pennsylvania鈥檚 senior class also features some truly talented guys on the defensive side of the ball, and Williams is certainly one of them. A , Williams helped lead Monsignor Bonner to the state quarterfinals last year as he put up strong numbers which included 50 tackles, 28 tackles for loss and 11 sacks. The explosive 6-foot-3, 215-pound edge rusher has a habit of living in opposing backfields thanks to his size and speed, and should have another big season for the Friars in 2023. Then, like many on this list, he will begin his college football career in state with the Penn State Nittany Lions.
