Top 10 Ohio QBs for 2023 high school football season
8. Jamison Kitna, Jr., Lakota East
Kitna is one of many talented signal callers from the Class of 2025 on this list, and he certainly has the name to back it up as his father is former NFL quarterback Jon Kitna, who is also now Jamison鈥檚 new head coach at Lakota East. This will be Jamison鈥檚 first year playing in the Buckeye State after spending last season as the starter for Burleson High School in Texas. In 2022, the 6-foot-2, 215-pound quarterback threw for nearly 2,000 yards and 16 touchdowns while also showing dual-threat capabilities time and again as he scored six rushing touchdowns. Jamison will look to turn around the Lakota East football program alongside his father over the next couple of years before heading off to the Big 12 to play at Houston, committing to the Cougars on Aug. 1.
