Top 10 Arizona QBs for 2023 high school football season
4. Luke Haugo, Jr., Higley
Haugo had offers from Arizona, Arizona State and Oregon before he even threw a pass as a sophomore. The showed why he was worthy of such early attention by throwing for 1,273 yards and 13 touchdowns in just six games last year for North High School (Phoenix). Haugo has transferred to Higley for the 2023 campaign and recently added Oregon State and Utah to his list of Power 5 offers. The 6-foot-5, 200-pound QB will be fun to watch this fall in his first season with the Knights.
