Top 10 Arizona QBs for 2023 high school football season
5. Brady McDonough, Sr., Desert Mountain
A knee injury kept McDonough out of the Eagles’ two-point loss in the state semifinals but the has committed to play football at Navy in the meantime. McDonough threw for 1,535 yards and 17 touchdowns as a junior but he was much more deadly as a runner. The 6-foot, 190-pound signal caller had three 100-yard rushing games and racked up 710 yards to go along with five touchdowns on the ground in 2022. His dual-threat ability will fit right in with the Midshipmen and hopefully lead to a deeper playoff run for Desert Mountain this fall.
