4. Damien Linson, Plymouth (1999-2002)
One of the most well-rounded receivers in North Carolina high school football history, Linson has his name all over the state record book. His 255 receptions still rank fifth in state history while his 4,451 receiving yards rank fourth and his 60 touchdown receptions rank third. Following his standout career for the Plymouth Vikings (now the Washington County Panthers), Linson joined the football program at Central Michigan.
With the Chippewas, Linson continued his star turn. Linson still ranks in the top 10 in in career yardage and touchdown receptions with 2,279 and 17, respectively. His best performance came in the team鈥檚 31-10 2006 MAC Championship victory when he recorded seven catches for 191 yards and a touchdown. After going undrafted in the 2007 NFL Draft, Linson signed with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent though never played in the league.
