Kelly Maxwell enters transfer portal; 5 landing spots for ace聽

Another coach on the Team USA softball staff is Washington Huskies head coach Heather Tarr who also holds the same position for the national team. Last season, the Huskies made it all the way to the Women鈥檚 College World Series in Oklahoma City before being ousted by Stanford.
With the loss of senior pitcher Kelly Lynch, Washington could use another arm in the lineup. Maxwell鈥檚 stats were better across the board than the rest of the Huskies staff and adding a true ace of her caliber could help push the roster from a WCWS berth to true championship contender. Maxwell will already have some experience playing under Coach Tarr and, if the two have developed a good relationship on Team USA, she could be the missing piece Washington is looking for.
