Another elite defensive lineman from the Commonwealth, Hand excelled at Woodbridge High School, recording 56 career sacks over four seasons including 16 as a senior. As a unanimous five-star recruit, Hand held over 90 offers but ultimately chose to join the Alabama Crimson Tide.
During his time with the Tide, Hand recorded 71 tackles, 14.5 tackles for loss and nine sacks. Hand was also a member of two Alabama national championship squads. The defensive tackle was taken with the No. 114 overall pick in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions. Over the course of six NFL seasons, Hand has registered 54 tackles, six tackles for loss and three sacks. After playing with the Tennessee Titans in 2022, Hand is currently a free agent.
