Top 10 all-time leading passers in Indiana HS football
2. Brady Allen, Gibson Southern (2018-21)
Allen is the most recent quarterback on this list, and his incredible run at Gibson Southern High School put his name towards the top of many IHSAA all-time record lists. Over the course of his high school career, Allen threw for 11,918 yards and 149 touchdowns. The 2021 Mr. Football award winner threw for 4,253 yards as a senior – the third most in a single season in Indiana history – and 58 touchdowns, leading the Titans to the Class 3A state championship game where he set a single-game record with 28 completions.
Rated as a , Allen pledged to stay in state with the Purdue Boilermakers. After seeing the field in just one game as a freshman, the quarterback decided to transfer to Louisville, following former Purdue head coach Jeff Brohm to Kentucky. Allen has a bright future ahead at the college level and perhaps beyond, but he has certainly left his mark in the Hoosier State.
