3. Trace McSorley, Briar Woods (2010-14)
One of the most recognizable names on this list, McSorley was a star from the minute he took snaps as a freshman for the Falcons. McSorely threw for 9,981 yards and 111 touchdowns while leading Briar Woods to a 55-5 record and three state championships. His success earned the signal-caller a scholarship to Penn State.
With the Nittany Lions, McSorley became the most prolific passer in program history setting the career record for wins, passing yards, passing touchdowns and total offense. He was named a three-time second-team All-Big Ten selection for his efforts. McSorely was drafted in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft by the Baltimore Ravens and has since played four seasons in the league with the Ravens, Arizona Cardinals and New England Patriots.
