Jordan Brown enters transfer portal; Top 5 landing spots
5. Tennessee
Brown’s season (and Ragin’ Cajuns’ career) was ended by the Vols in the first round of the 2023 NCAA Tournament, but his game-high 16 points and seven rebounds nearly helped Louisiana pull off the upset. Next season, Tennessee will look much different than it did in that game due to the transfer of last season’s second-leading scorer, Olivier Nkamhoua, to Michigan. He was also the Vols’ leading rebounder (5.0) and played a role that Brown could easily step right into. Head coach Rick Barnes has already landed a trio of top-100 transfers this spring – Dalton Knecht (Northern Colorado), Chris Ledlum (Harvard) and Jordan Gainey (South Carolina Upstate) – but none of them are as accomplished or experienced as Brown.
