10 most impactful college players to withdraw from NBA draft
3. Johnell Davis, G, FAU
Davis burst onto the scene during the NCAA Tournament last year with clutch performances and quotable interviews. The Owls guard had a solid third-year sophomore campaign as he averaged 13.8 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists on his way to Conference USA Sixth Man Player of the Year honors.
However, Davis really became a star during Florida Atlantic鈥檚 Final Four run as he became the first player to score 25 or more points, grab 10 or more rebounds, dish out five or more assists and tally five or more steals in an NCAA Tournament game since steals became an official stat in 1986. With Davis and his teammate Alijah Martin both returning to FAU, the Owls could once again play Cinderella during next year鈥檚 tournament.聽
