3. Purdue
Another former Ohio State assistant coach, Terry Johnson, is now on the Boilermakers staff. Unlike other teams on this list, Purdue may not have a need for Towns, but the connections may be enough for both sides to have strong interest in each other.
Towns has Big Ten basketball experience and showed an ability to play well against the competition when he was on the court. Though the Boilermakers haven鈥檛 suffered many losses outside of big man Zach Edey, who may end up returning if he withdraws from the NBA draft, adding a player of Towns鈥� potential could help Purdue to reach its goal after a disappointing showing in this year鈥檚 NCAA Tournament.
