The move by VCU head coach Mike Rhoades to Penn State comes with one of the Rams鈥� best players from a season ago in this year鈥檚 portal. The junior guard averaged 12.7 points and 5.8 assists in VCU鈥檚 run to the No. 12 seed in the tournament and keeps the Nittany Lions鈥� momentum moving in the right direction. With former head coach Micah Shrewsberry heading to Notre Dame, Penn State鈥檚 new era got a much-needed bump with the arrival of Baldwin to man the team鈥檚 point guard position.
