10. Harrison Ingram, North Carolina
The Tar Heels came into the offseason requiring some much-needed change after the team鈥檚 hope of returning to the national championship in 2023 came up far too short. The addition of Ingram brings some versatility that was lacking this past year for North Carolina after struggling against many of the conference鈥檚 top opponents. Ingram has not fully lived up to his five-star potential during his time at Stanford but a chance in a new environment could be exactly what both sides need. Ingram averaged 10.5 points, 6.2 rebounds and 3.4 assists in his two seasons as a Cardinal and offers some solid upside to a team in flux.
