10 best SEC softball players heading into the postseason
4. Skylar Wallace, IF, Florida
Wallace has been a tremendous hitter dating back to the early years of her college career at Alabama, but in her past two seasons at Florida, she has been on a different level, particularly in 2023. So far this spring, Wallace has racked up 60 hits with 18 home runs, 54 RBIs, 66 runs scored and 30 steals. Her 136 total bases and eight triples both lead the conference, as do her batting average (.455) and slugging percentage (1.030). The infielder鈥檚 rare combination of power and speed have made her a threat at the plate throughout the season for the 35-19 Gators, and if not for Kiki Milloy鈥檚 tremendous year at Tennessee, she would likely be the top hitter on this list.
