Top 10 New Jersey HS baseball players in Class of 2023
9. Mark Gialluisi, C, St. Joseph’s Metuchen
After a solid sophomore campaign, Gialluisi opened things up during his junior season, finishing with a .510 batting average that included 20 extra base hits and 20 RBIs. With four homers on the year and 51 total hits, Gialluisi proved to be one of the top hitters in the state. The聽 backstop would go on to power the Falcons to a 22-9 season in 2022 and semifinal round appearance in the NJSIAA Tournament. With a chance to lead things once again, Gialluisi will try to outpace last year鈥檚 numbers before moving on to Virginia.
