Top 10 New York HS baseball players in Class of 2023
5. Jackson DiLorenzo, RHP, Walter Panas
A 19-3 season in 2022 showcased just the kind of talent coming out of Walter Panas. With a standout pitching staff and budding lineup, no one impressed more on both sides than DiLorenzo, who found a way to build off his solid sophomore campaign. The 6-foot, 220–pound pitcher and infielder batted .385 last year with 18 RBIs and three home runs this past year before delivering a 0.90 ERA and 4-0 record on the mound. With the East Carolina commit already showing his ability to develop over the course of the past few seasons, DiLorenzo should be in for another big jump after striking out 64 batters in 39 innings.
B3: Jackson DiLorenzo launches a 2-run shot into the trees to give a 4-1 lead at the end of 3 innings of play. has 2 hits and 3 RBI thus far! commit is something! @lohudinsider
