9. Danny Witters, C, Walter Panas
The first of a few Panthers to top the list, Witters took the experience he gained from a solid sophomore campaign and proved his dominance at the plate in 2022. The 5-foot-10 catcher enjoyed a .452 batting average as a junior, racking up 11 RBIs and four doubles. Behind a loaded lineup and pitching staff, Witters found a way to stand out as Walter Panas enjoyed one of its best seasons to date. With another opportunity to build on things, Witters will have a chance to take the Panthers deeper into the playoffs before he makes the move to the next level at Stetson.
