Wimmer had a strong junior campaign hitting .400 with 1.018 OPS. Now as a senior, the state鈥檚 best middle infielder will look to build off of that. The 6-foot, 170-pound shortstop has already shown all of the tools defensively that should give him a good opportunity to stay at the position long-term. He will be heading to The Citadel for his college career.
