Top 10 Missouri high school baseball players in Class of 2023
6. Camron Poe, LHP, Christian Brothers College
Poe is part of a stacked Christian Brothers College (CBC) squad that features a couple of other Division I talents in Mizzou signee Kaden Peer and Arkansas commit Nazzan Zanetello. Poe will take his talents to Duke at the next level, but first, he will look to finish what has been a tremendous CBC career strong this spring. Last season, Poe went 3-2 with a 2.82 ERA. He allowed nine earned runs on just nine hits while giving up no extra-base hits, striking out 33 batters. Over the summer, the 6-foot-3, 200-pound southpaw continued to shine with the Royals Scout Team, as well as while competing in the Perfect Game National Showcase. He’s bound to do the same with the Blue Devils following his high school career.
‘23 LHP Camron Poe (MO) working 86-89/90 with his fastball, long and lean lefty with good angle and projection, good sweep to slider, creates uncomfortable AB. Duke commit.
