Top 10 Maryland HS baseball players in Class of 2023
9. Ethan McNally, C, Archbishop Spalding
Last season, McNally played a key role for an Archbishop Spalding Cavaliers team that won the Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association Class A state title. McNally is ranked as the No. 18 player in the state by Perfect Game and the No. 16 in the state by PBR. The backstop batted .271 with 13 RBI for the 29-4 Cavaliers.
Prior to this season, McNally signed his National Letter of Intent to join James Madison University, whom he . McNally is also considered one of the top returning players in the state as he was named to the preseason all-state team. Given his high expectations and the strong team around him, expect McNally to have a great end to his high school career.
