Top 10 individual college bowl game performances of all time
9. Charles White, RB, USC (1980 Rose Bowl)
The 1980 Heisman Trophy winner put an exclamation mark on his final campaign with USC. Going up against No. 1 Ohio State, the Trojans turned to White again and again.
The senior running back carried the ball 39 times for a Rose Bowl record 247 yards and the deciding 1-yard touchdown with just over a minute left to give USC the 17-16 win. White was named player of the game and became just the second player ever at the time to earn that honor in the Rose Bowl twice.
