4. Markus Burton, PG, Penn
Burton is another impressive talent in the Hoosier State that checks in at for the Class of 2023. The 6-foot guard put up some standout numbers as a junior for Penn, averaging 26.9 points, 6.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 3.0 steals. Burton flashes plenty of skill at the point guard position and is a terrific shooter, making 43 of 94 (45.7%) 3-point shots last season, helping Penn to a 24-3 record. His 734 points in 2021-22 were a single-season program record, and Burton will likely leave Penn as the program鈥檚 all-time leading scorer with another strong senior season. This past summer, Burton announced that he will stay close to home by committing to play college basketball at Notre Dame.
