4. LenDale White, RB, Denver South
While White would finish his high school career at Chatfield in nearby Littleton, Colorado, he first came on the scene in his freshman and sophomore years at Denver South. In both seasons, White was named an all-state player by the Rocky Mountain News. In his first year at Chatfield in 2001, White ran for over 1,800 yards and 30 touchdowns, leading his new program to a state championship. A consensus All-American and Gatorade Colorado Player of the Year as a senior in 2002, White finished his career with 7,802 rushing yards which is the .听
The running back went on to play for Pete Carroll at USC where he became a two-time national champion. Playing 鈥淩obin鈥 to Reggie Bush鈥檚 鈥淏atman,鈥 White excelled, rushing for over 1,100 yards in each of his sophomore and junior years. He concluded his three-year career with the Trojans with 3,159 rushing yards and a whopping 57 total touchdowns.听

White would only play four years in the NFL after being drafted 45th overall by the Tennessee Titans in 2006, but he was impressive in his brief stay. After a slow rookie year, White ran for 1,110 yards in 2007. He again became a tandem player alongside another speed back in Chris Johnson during the final years of his career, but still had a nose for the end zone, scoring 15 touchdowns in 2008 and 24 total in his NFL career.
