3. Cameron Seldon, WR, Northumberland
Another speedster from the Commonwealth, Seldon won the 100m state championship with a 10.74 at 6-foot-1, 220 pounds. Though speed is critical to Seldon鈥檚 success, it鈥檚 not his only trait as he has the ability to win jump balls as well as being able to play multiple positions. While the Indians play in the smallest classification in the VHSL, Seldon鈥檚 ability seems like it will translate well to the DI level. The wideout made his commitment to the University of Tennessee, picking the Vols over Maryland and Penn State on July 7.
