3. Jerome Williams, IOL – Osseo
The only other in Minnesota, Jerome Williams is considered the best offensive lineman in the state for the Class of 2023. The Osseo High School product played right tackle for the Orioles, but is being recruited as an interior offensive linemen. The 6-foot-4, 285-pound Williams was Second-Team All-State last season and committed to Minnesota in February. Osseo went 4-5 last season, but the O-line is in good hands as long as Williams is in the trenches.聽
